The company aims to enhance the overall customer experience by providing affordable and competitive premiums and all inclusive life insurance packages.

1Life direct offers three schemes in life insurance which include term insurance, whole of life and pure life cover. Term insurance is used to limit cover to a particular time period either very long or short. Whole of life is suitable for those who require the cover for the lifetime. Pure life cover helps in providing the family of the customer with financial help in event of death of the assured.

1Life Direct also provides additional services and products such as occupation based disablement cover, life dread disease cover and credit cover to suit the various needs of the customer. The company also offers a discount of twenty two per cent on the premiums due to the absence of a broker which helps in saving time and energy of the customer.
